GlowUp does not collect any data for external advertising or marketing tracking purposes.

Personal data processing is based on: • the user's consent, expressed by the use of the application, • as well as the legitimate interest of Influera in ensuring the proper functioning, security, and continuous improvement of the GlowUp application.

As part of the technical operation of the application, GlowUp may use technical tools provided by third parties, including analysis and performance services integrated into the application, such as Firebase Analytics. These tools are used exclusively for internal technical and statistical purposes, in order to ensure: • the proper functioning of the application, • the analysis of its performance, • and the improvement of the user experience.

7. Data Hosting and Localization

Personal data is hosted on servers located in Algeria. No personal data is transferred abroad, except for strictly technical necessity related to the operation of the tools used.

8. Data Retention Period

Personal data is kept for the entire duration of the user account's existence. In the event of account deletion by the user, the data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it.

9. Automated Processing

GlowUp may use automated mechanisms strictly necessary for the internal operation of the application, particularly for the organization of services and the connection between users. No profiling for external advertising or commercial purposes is implemented.

The GlowUp application is exclusively reserved for adults. Minors are not allowed to use the application.
